1. 수집하는 정보

Planverse 는 회원가입이 없고, 개발자 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.Planverse 는 앱 안 결제가 없는 무료 앱입니다. 사용자가 입력한 내용(일정·할일 등)은 기기에 저장되고, 기기가 iCloud 에 로그인되어 있고 iOS 설정에서 Planverse 의 iCloud 사용을 끄지 않았다면 사용자 본인의 iCloud(Apple CloudKit 개인 데이터베이스) 에도 저장되어 같은 Apple 계정의 기기끼리 동기화됩니다. 앱 설정은 iCloud 로 동기화하지 않습니다.

2. 네트워크 통신

Planverse 가 기능을 위해 인터넷에 접속하는 경우는 다음 세 가지입니다.

• iCloud 동기화(기기가 iCloud 에 로그인된 경우): Apple 의 CloudKit 을 통해 사용자 본인의 iCloud 개인 데이터베이스와 1절 표의 입력 내용을 주고받습니다. 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 다른 기기의 변경을 알리기 위해 Apple 푸시 알림 서비스(APNs)의 알림 없는 푸시를 받습니다. 동기화된 데이터는 사용자의 iCloud 저장 용량을 씁니다. iCloud 동기화는 사용자가 Apple 과 맺은 iCloud 이용 관계에 따라 사용자 본인의 iCloud(Apple CloudKit 개인 데이터베이스)에 데이터가 저장되는 방식입니다. 개발자는 이 데이터를 받거나 보관하지 않으며 볼 수도 없습니다. iCloud 의 데이터는 Apple Inc.(미국)가 Apple 의 iCloud 이용약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리하고, 데이터가 저장되는 국가는 Apple 이 정합니다. 동기화를 원하지 않으면 iOS 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud 에서 Planverse 를 끄면 되고, 끄면 새로 입력한 내용은 다른 기기와 동기화되지 않습니다. • 공휴일 정보 갱신(개인정보 없는 통신): 한국천문연구원(KASI) 특일 정보 API 에 조회할 연·월(과 앱의 API 키)만 보내고 공휴일 날짜만 내려받습니다. 앱에 든 2026년 공휴일 표 밖의 날짜가 필요할 때만 접속하며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

• Apple 캘린더에 함께 저장(선택, 기본 꺼짐): 설정에서 켜면 Planverse 에서 만든 일정의 사본을 사용자가 고른 캘린더에 저장합니다. 제목·시간·장소·메모가 그 캘린더로 갑니다.고른 캘린더가 Google·네이버 등 외부 계정이면, 그 내용은 해당 회사의 서버로 전송됩니다(iOS 캘린더 계정 설정을 통해 이루어지며, 그 회사의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다). 끄면 저장을 멈추고, 끌 때 이미 저장된 사본을 지울지 선택할 수 있습니다.

이와 별도로, 앱을 열 때 앱에 포함된 Apple 의 App Store 구매 기능(StoreKit)이 구매 상태를 확인하면서 Apple 과 통신할 수 있습니다. Planverse 1.0 에는 판매하는 상품이 없으며, 이 확인은 Apple 이 처리하고 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 또한 다른 기기의 변경 알림을 받기 위해 앱이 Apple 푸시 알림 서비스(APNs)에 등록하면서 Apple 과 통신할 수 있습니다.

앱에는 분석·광고·오류(크래시) 보고 SDK 가 없고, 웹뷰나 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

• 데이터는 기기와, iCloud 에 로그인한 경우 사용자 본인의 iCloud 에 있습니다.
• 앱 안에서 휴지통을 비우면 그 항목은 이 기기에서 영구 삭제됩니다.
• 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 데이터는 지워집니다. 이미 iCloud 에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제해도 iCloud 에 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
• iCloud 동기화 끄기: iOS 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud → 'iCloud에 저장됨' 옆 '모두 보기' → Planverse 를 끕니다. 끄면 앱이 iCloud 에 연결되지 않아 새로 입력한 내용은 다른 기기와 동기화되지 않습니다. 이미 iCloud 에 있던 데이터는 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 앱 안에는 동기화를 끄는 스위치가 없고, 설정의 'iCloud 동기화' 항목은 상태만 보여 줍니다.
• iCloud 에 있는 데이터 지우기: iCloud 에 저장된 데이터는 iOS 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리에서 앱별로 확인하고 지울 수 있습니다(Apple 안내: https://support.apple.com/ko-kr/108922). 목록에 Planverse 가 보이지 않거나 지우는 데 어려움이 있으면 eowlsdh@daejinlab.com 으로 알려 주세요. 개발자는 사용자의 iCloud 데이터에 접근할 수 없어 대신 지울 수는 없지만, 지우는 방법을 안내합니다.
• 개발자는 앱 데이터를 서버에 보관하지 않고 사용자의 iCloud 데이터에도 접근할 수 없으므로, 앱 데이터는 앱과 iOS 설정에서 직접 삭제합니다. 문의 메일로 받은 정보의 삭제는 5절을 참고해 주세요.

5. 문의 메일로 받는 개인정보

이용자가 eowlsdh@daejinlab.com 으로 문의 메일을 보내면 개발자는 다음 정보를 받습니다.

• 항목: 보낸 사람의 이메일 주소, 메일에 적은 내용(첨부 파일 포함)
• 목적: 문의에 답하고 처리하는 데에만 씁니다.
• 처리 근거: 이용자가 보낸 문의에 답하는 데 필요한 범위에서 별도 동의 없이 처리합니다(개인정보 보호법 제15조제1항제4호).
• 보유기간: 문의 처리가 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
• 파기 방법: 보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 지체 없이 메일함에서 삭제하고 휴지통을 비워 복원할 수 없도록 영구 삭제합니다. 다만 메일 서비스 제공자(Google LLC)의 백업 시스템에서 완전히 삭제되기까지는 해당 제공자의 정책에 따라 일정 기간이 걸릴 수 있으며, 그 기간 동안에도 개발자는 이를 이용하지 않습니다.
• 삭제 요청: 같은 주소로 요청하면 해당 메일을 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
• 전달 경로(국외 이전): 문의 메일(보낸 사람의 이메일 주소, 메일 내용과 첨부 파일)은 이용자가 메일을 보낼 때마다 네트워크를 통해 미국의 Cloudflare, Inc.(연락처: dpo@cloudflare.com)가 운영하는 이메일 전달 서비스를 거쳐 미국의 Google LLC(연락처: https://support.google.com/policies/answer/9581826)가 운영하는 개발자의 Gmail 메일함으로 전달·보관됩니다. Cloudflare, Inc.는 문의 메일 전달에만 쓰며, 메일 내용을 저장하지 않는다고 안내하고 있습니다. Google LLC는 문의 메일함 보관에 쓰며, 메일은 문의 처리 후 이 절의 보유기간에 따라 파기합니다. 이 이전은 문의에 답하는 데 필요한 처리위탁으로 이 방침에 공개하는 방법으로 이루어집니다(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8제1항제3호 가목). 이전을 원하지 않으면 메일을 보내지 않으면 되며, 이 경우 메일로 문의를 받을 수 없습니다.

6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

개발자는 문의 메일을 처리하는 일 중 아래 업무를 다음 회사에 맡깁니다(개인정보 보호법 제26조②, 제30조①4호, 제28조의8②).

국외 이전에 관한 사항은 5절을 참고하세요.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 앱 데이터는 사용자 기기와, iCloud 에 로그인한 경우 사용자 본인의 iCloud 에 저장되며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 앱 데이터를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. (사용자가 켠 Apple 캘린더 사본은 2절과 같습니다.)
• iCloud 개인 데이터베이스의 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자 본인만 접근할 수 있으며, 개발자 관리 화면에서도 보이지 않습니다(Apple CloudKit 문서). iCloud 에 저장된 데이터의 보호는 Apple 의 iCloud 정책을 따릅니다.
• 기기에 저장된 데이터의 암호화는 iOS 의 기본 데이터 보호 기능을 따르며, 앱이 별도의 암호화를 추가하지는 않습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

개인정보보호법·GDPR·APPI 상 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 권리가 있습니다. Planverse 는 앱 데이터를 사용자 기기와 사용자 본인의 iCloud 에 두고 개발자 서버로 보내지 않으므로,앱 데이터에 대한 권리는 사용자가 앱과 iOS 설정에서 직접 행사할 수 있습니다(4절).문의 메일로 받은 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지는 본인 또는 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인이 eowlsdh@daejinlab.com 으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청이 거절되거나 처리 결과에 이의가 있으면 같은 주소로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 침해에 대해서는 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 개인정보침해신고센터(한국인터넷진흥원, 국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 공소청(옛 대검찰청): (국번없이) 1301 (www.spo.go.kr), 경찰청 사이버범죄 신고시스템(국번 없이 182, ecrm.police.go.kr)에 상담·신고하거나 분쟁조정을 신청할 수도 있습니다. 그 밖의 문의도 같은 주소로 보내 주세요.

9. 아동

Planverse 는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 보낸 문의 메일임을 알게 되면 답변에 필요한 범위에서만 처리하며, 법정대리인은 8절의 방법으로 그 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

10. 변경

방침이 바뀌면 앱 업데이트와 이 문서로 알립니다. 번역본은 이해를 돕기 위해 제공하며, 번역본과 한국어본이 다르면 한국어본을 기준으로 합니다.

1. What we collect

Planverse has no account system and sends no personal data to the developer's servers.Planverse is a free app with no in-app payments. What you enter (events, tasks, etc.) is stored on your device and, if the device is signed in to iCloud and iCloud has not been turned off for Planverse in iOS Settings, also in your own iCloud (Apple CloudKit private database), so devices on the same Apple Account stay in sync. App settings are not synced to iCloud.

Your events, tasks, habits (including check-ins), categories, anniversaries (D-Days), and shift schedules are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud and have not turned iCloud off for Planverse, in your own iCloud private database. The developer cannot read them. Apple Calendar and Reminders items are read-only and never copied into the app. If you turn on "Also save to Apple Calendar" (off by default), Planverse writes a copy of the events you create — title, time, location and notes — into the calendar you choose.If that calendar belongs to an external account such as Google or Naver, the content is sent to that company's servers through your iOS calendar account, and their privacy policy applies. Turning it off stops writing, and you can choose whether to delete the copies already written. Voice input is transcribed on device; no recording is stored. Photo text is recognizedon device; the photo is not stored by the app.

2. Network access

The app connects for its features in three cases: iCloud sync (when the device is signed in to iCloud — through Apple's CloudKit to your own private database, never through a developer server; the app receives silent push notifications from Apple Push Notification service so changes from other devices arrive; synced data counts toward your iCloud storage), holiday updates(a connection with no personal data: only the year and month, plus the app's API key, go to the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute public API, which returns holiday dates; only when dates outside the app's built-in 2026 table are needed, and you can turn it off), and — only if you turn it on — copies written to the Apple Calendar you select, which may belong to an external account (see above).

Separately, when the app opens, Apple's App Store purchase framework (StoreKit) may contact Apple to check purchase status. Planverse 1.0 sells nothing, and this check is handled by Apple without any developer server. The app may also contact Apple when it registers with Apple Push Notification service to receive change notifications from your other devices.

The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs, uses no web views or cookies, and does not track you.

iCloud sync stores your data in your own iCloud (Apple CloudKit private database) under your iCloud relationship with Apple. The developer does not receive or keep this data and cannot see it. Data in iCloud is processed by Apple Inc. (USA) under Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy, and Apple decides the country where it is stored. If you do not want sync, turn off Planverse in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud; once it is off, new entries are not synced to your other devices. 3. Permissions

Calendar access is optional. It is read-only unless you turn on "Also save to Apple Calendar"; Reminders are always read-only. Notifications, microphone/speech recognition, and photo access are all optional; the app works without them.

4. Retention and deletion

Data lives on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud. Emptying the in-app Trash permanently deletes the items from this device. Deleting the app removes local data. Data already saved to iCloud may remain in iCloud after the app is deleted.To turn off iCloud sync: iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → See All next to Saved to iCloud → turn off Planverse. When it is off, the app no longer connects to iCloud, so new entries are not synced to your other devices. Data already in iCloud may remain there. There is no sync switch inside the app; the "iCloud Sync" row in the app's Settings only shows the status.To delete data in iCloud: You can review and delete data stored in iCloud per app in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage (Apple guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108922). If Planverse does not appear there or you have trouble deleting, email eowlsdh@daejinlab.com. The developer cannot access your iCloud data and so cannot delete it for you, but will explain how. The developer keeps no app data on a server and cannot access your iCloud data, so you delete app data yourself in the app and in iOS Settings. For information received in inquiry emails, see section 5.

5. Personal information in inquiry emails

If you send an inquiry to eowlsdh@daejinlab.com, the developer receives the following.

• Items: your email address and what you write in the email (including attachments)
• Purpose: used only to answer and handle your inquiry.
• Legal basis: processed without separate consent, only as needed to respond to the inquiry you sent (Korea PIPA Article 15(1)(4)).
• Retention: deleted without delay once the inquiry has been handled.
• Method of destruction: once the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, the personal information is deleted from the mailbox without delay and permanently erased by emptying the trash so that it cannot be restored. However, it may take some time, under the provider's own policy, before it is fully deleted from the backup systems of the email service provider (Google LLC); the developer does not use it during that time either.
• Deletion: ask at the same address and the email will be deleted without delay.
• Forwarding (overseas transfer): Each time you send an inquiry, the email (your address, its content and attachments) is sent over the network through the email forwarding service run by Cloudflare, Inc. in the USA (contact: dpo@cloudflare.com) to the developer's Gmail mailbox run by Google LLC in the USA (contact: https://support.google.com/policies/answer/9581826), where it is stored. Cloudflare, Inc. uses it only to forward the email and states that it does not store email content. Google LLC uses it only to keep the mailbox, and the email is deleted after your inquiry is handled, according to the retention period in this section. This transfer is an outsourcing of processing needed to answer your inquiry and is made by disclosing it in this policy (Korea PIPA Article 28-8(1)(3)(a)). If you do not want this transfer, do not send an email; in that case we cannot take inquiries by email.

6. Outsourcing of personal information processing

The developer entrusts the following tasks in handling inquiry emails to the companies below (Korea PIPA Article 26(2), Article 30(1)(4), Article 28-8(2)).

For overseas transfer, see section 5.

7. Security measures for personal information

• App data is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud; it is not sent to the developer's servers. The developer runs no server that stores app data. (Copies written to Apple Calendar when you turn it on are described in section 2.)
• By default only you can access your iCloud private database, and its data is not visible in the developer's CloudKit console (developer portal) (Apple CloudKit documentation). Protection of data stored in iCloud follows Apple's iCloud policies.
• Encryption of data stored on the device follows iOS's built-in data protection; the app adds no encryption of its own.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, APPI, and Korea's PIPA you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction. Because app data is kept on your device and in your own iCloud and is not sent to the developer's servers, you can exercise these rights for app data directly in the app and in iOS Settings (section 4). You, or the legal guardian of a child under 14, can ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of information received in inquiry emails by writing to eowlsdh@daejinlab.com. If your request is refused or you disagree with how it was handled, you can object by writing to the same address. For an infringement of your personal information, you may also seek advice, file a report, or apply for mediation with these Korean bodies: the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), the Personal Information Infringement Report Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), the Public Prosecution Service (formerly the Supreme Prosecutors' Office): 1301 (www.spo.go.kr), and the Korean National Police Agency's Cyber Crime Reporting System (182, ecrm.police.go.kr). For anything else, use the same address.

9. Children

Planverse is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an inquiry email came from a child under 14, we process it only as needed to reply, and the child's legal guardian can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing as described in section 8.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will let you know through an app update and this document. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. 取得する情報

3. 権限

カレンダーの利用は任意です。「Apple カレンダーにも保存」をオンにしない限り読み取り専用で、 リマインダーは常に読み取り専用です。通知・マイク・音声認識・写真もすべて任意で、 許可しなくてもアプリは利用できます。

4. 保管と削除

5. お問い合わせメールで受け取る個人情報

eowlsdh@daejinlab.com にお問い合わせメールを送ると、開発者は次の情報を受け取ります。

• 項目: 送信者のメールアドレス、メールに書かれた内容（添付ファイルを含む）
• 目的: お問い合わせへの回答と対応にのみ使います。
• 処理の根拠: お送りいただいたお問い合わせに回答するために必要な範囲で、別途の同意なく処理します（韓国個人情報保護法第15条第1項第4号）。
• 保有期間: お問い合わせへの対応が終わり次第、遅滞なく削除します。
• 廃棄方法: 保有期間が終了した、または処理の目的を達成した個人情報は、遅滞なくメールボックスから削除し、ゴミ箱を空にして復元できないよう完全に削除します。ただし、メールサービス提供者（Google LLC）のバックアップシステムから完全に削除されるまでには、提供者のポリシーにより一定の期間がかかる場合があり、その間も開発者はこれを利用しません。
• 削除の請求: 同じアドレスにご請求いただければ、該当するメールを遅滞なく削除します。
• 転送経路（国外移転）: お問い合わせメール（送信者のメールアドレス、本文・添付ファイル）は、送信のたびにネットワークを通じて米国の Cloudflare, Inc.（連絡先: dpo@cloudflare.com）が運営するメール転送サービスを経由し、米国の Google LLC（連絡先: https://support.google.com/policies/answer/9581826）が運営する開発者の Gmail メールボックスに届き、保管されます。Cloudflare, Inc. は転送の目的でのみ使い、メールの内容を保存しないと案内しています。Google LLC はメールボックスの保管の目的でのみ使い、メールはお問い合わせへの対応後、この項の保有期間に従って廃棄します。この移転は、お問い合わせへの回答に必要な処理委託として本ポリシーで公開する方法により行います（韓国個人情報保護法第28条の8第1項第3号イ目）。移転を望まない場合はメールを送らないでください。その場合、メールでのお問い合わせは受け付けられません。

6. 個人情報の処理の委託

開発者は、お問い合わせメールの処理のうち、次の業務を以下の会社に委託しています（韓国個人情報保護法第26条第2項、第30条第1項第4号、第28条の8第2項）。

国外移転に関する事項は第5項をご覧ください。

7. 個人情報の安全管理措置

• アプリのデータは利用者の端末と、iCloud にサインインしている場合はご自身の iCloud に保存され、開発者のサーバーには送信されません。開発者はアプリのデータを保存するサーバーを運用していません。 （利用者がオンにした Apple カレンダーへの複製は第2項のとおりです。）
• iCloud プライベートデータベースのデータには、初期設定では利用者ご本人だけがアクセスでき、開発者の CloudKit 管理画面（デベロッパーポータル）には表示されません（Apple CloudKit のドキュメント）。iCloud に保存されたデータの保護は Apple の iCloud のポリシーに従います。
• 端末に保存されたデータの暗号化は iOS 標準のデータ保護機能に従い、アプリが独自の暗号化を追加することはありません。

8. 利用者の権利

APPI・GDPR・韓国個人情報保護法に基づく開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の権利があります。 アプリのデータは端末とご自身の iCloud に保存され、開発者のサーバーには送信されないため、アプリのデータに関する権利はアプリと iOS の設定から直接行使できます（第4項）。 お問い合わせメールで受け取った情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止は、ご本人または14歳未満の児童の法定代理人が eowlsdh@daejinlab.com までご請求いただけます。ご請求が拒否された場合や対応の結果にご不満がある場合は、同じアドレスに異議を申し立てることができます。個人情報の侵害については、韓国の次の機関に相談・申告するか、紛争調停を申請することもできます：個人情報紛争調停委員会（1833-6972、www.kopico.go.kr）、個人情報侵害申告センター（韓国インターネット振興院、118、privacy.kisa.or.kr）、公訴庁（旧・大検察庁）：1301（www.spo.go.kr）、警察庁サイバー犯罪申告システム（182、ecrm.police.go.kr）。その他のお問い合わせも同じアドレスまでご連絡ください。

9. 児童

本アプリは14歳未満を対象としておらず、児童の個人情報を意図的に取得しません。14歳未満の児童からのお問い合わせメールであることがわかった場合は、回答に必要な範囲でのみ処理し、法定代理人は第8項の方法でその情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を請求できます。

10. 変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリのアップデートとこの文書でお知らせします。翻訳版は理解を助けるために提供しており、翻訳版と韓国語版の内容が異なる場合は、韓国語版を基準とします。

Esta versión en español es una traducción que se ofrece para tu comodidad; si difiere de la versión en coreano, prevalece la versión en coreano (véase la sección 10).

1. Qué recopilamos

Planverse no tiene cuentas de usuario y no envía datos personales a servidores del desarrollador.Planverse es una app gratuita sin pagos dentro de la app. Lo que introduces (eventos, tareas, etc.) se guarda en tu dispositivo y, si el dispositivo tiene iniciada sesión en iCloud y no has desactivado iCloud para Planverse en Ajustes de iOS, también en tu propio iCloud (base de datos privada de Apple CloudKit), de modo que los dispositivos con la misma cuenta de Apple se mantienen sincronizados. Los ajustes de la app no se sincronizan con iCloud.

Tus eventos, tareas, hábitos (con sus registros), categorías, aniversarios (D-Day) y turnos se guardan en tu dispositivo y, si has iniciado sesión en iCloud y no has desactivado iCloud para Planverse, en tu propia base de datos privada de iCloud. El desarrollador no puede leerlos. Los elementos del Calendario y de Recordatorios de Apple son de solo lectura y nunca se copian. Si activas «Guardar también en Calendario de Apple» (desactivado por defecto), Planverse escribe unacopia de los eventos que creas —título, hora, ubicación y notas— en el calendario que elijas.Si ese calendario pertenece a una cuenta externa como Google o Naver, el contenido se envía a los servidores de esa empresa a través de tu cuenta de calendario de iOS, y se aplica su política de privacidad. Al desactivarlo deja de escribir y puedes elegir si eliminar las copias ya escritas. La voz se transcribe en el dispositivo y no se guarda ninguna grabación. El texto de las fotos se reconoce en el dispositivo y la foto no se almacena.

2. Conexiones de red

La app se conecta para sus funciones en tres casos: sincronización con iCloud (si el dispositivo tiene iniciada sesión en iCloud: mediante CloudKit de Apple con tu propia base de datos privada, sin pasar por ningún servidor del desarrollador; la app recibe notificaciones push silenciosas del servicio de notificaciones push de Apple para recibir los cambios de otros dispositivos; los datos sincronizados ocupan tu almacenamiento de iCloud), actualización de festivos(conexión sin datos personales: solo se envían el año y el mes, junto con la clave de API de la app, a la API pública del Instituto de Astronomía de Corea, que devuelve las fechas festivas; solo cuando se necesitan fechas fuera de la tabla de 2026 incluida en la app, y se puede desactivar) y —solo si lo activas— las copias escritas en el Calendario de Apple que selecciones, que puede pertenecer a una cuenta externa (véase arriba).

Aparte, al abrir la app, el sistema de compras de App Store de Apple (StoreKit) puede conectarse con Apple para comprobar el estado de las compras. Planverse 1.0 no vende nada, y esta comprobación la gestiona Apple sin pasar por ningún servidor del desarrollador. La app también puede conectarse con Apple al registrarse en el servicio de notificaciones push de Apple para recibir los avisos de cambios de tus otros dispositivos.

La app no incluye SDK de análisis, publicidad ni informes de fallos, no usa vistas web ni cookies y no te rastrea.

La sincronización con iCloud guarda tus datos en tu propio iCloud (base de datos privada de Apple CloudKit) en el marco de tu relación de iCloud con Apple. El desarrollador no recibe ni conserva estos datos y no puede verlos. Los datos de iCloud los trata Apple Inc. (EE. UU.) conforme a las condiciones de iCloud y la política de privacidad de Apple, y es Apple quien decide el país donde se almacenan. Si no quieres sincronizar, desactiva Planverse en Ajustes de iOS → [tu nombre] → iCloud; una vez desactivado, lo nuevo que introduzcas no se sincroniza con tus otros dispositivos. 3. Permisos

El acceso al Calendario es opcional. Es de solo lectura salvo que actives «Guardar también en Calendario de Apple»; Recordatorios siempre es de solo lectura. Notificaciones, micrófono, reconocimiento de voz y fotos también son opcionales: la app funciona sin ellos.

4. Conservación y borrado

Los datos están en tu dispositivo y, si has iniciado sesión en iCloud, en tu propio iCloud. Vaciar la papelera de la app borra los elementos de forma definitiva de este dispositivo. Al eliminar la app se borran los datos locales. Los datos ya guardados en iCloud pueden permanecer en iCloud después de eliminar la app.Para desactivar la sincronización con iCloud: Ajustes de iOS → [tu nombre] → iCloud → Ver todo junto a Guardado en iCloud → desactiva Planverse. Al desactivarla, la app deja de conectarse a iCloud y lo nuevo que introduzcas no se sincroniza con tus otros dispositivos. Los datos que ya estaban en iCloud pueden permanecer allí. La app no tiene un interruptor de sincronización; la fila «Sincronización con iCloud» de los ajustes de la app solo muestra el estado.Para borrar los datos de iCloud: puedes revisar y borrar por app los datos guardados en iCloud en Ajustes de iOS → [tu nombre] → iCloud → Gestionar almacenamiento (guía de Apple: https://support.apple.com/es-es/108922). Si Planverse no aparece ahí o tienes problemas para borrarlos, escribe a eowlsdh@daejinlab.com. El desarrollador no puede acceder a tus datos de iCloud y por eso no puede borrarlos por ti, pero te explicará cómo hacerlo. El desarrollador no guarda datos de la app en ningún servidor ni puede acceder a tus datos de iCloud, así que los datos de la app los borras tú desde la app y desde Ajustes de iOS. Para la información recibida en correos de consulta, consulta la sección 5.

5. Datos personales en los correos de consulta

Si envías una consulta a eowlsdh@daejinlab.com, el desarrollador recibe lo siguiente.

• Datos: tu dirección de correo y lo que escribes en el mensaje (incluidos los adjuntos)
• Finalidad: solo para responder y gestionar tu consulta.
• Base jurídica: se tratan sin un consentimiento aparte, solo en la medida necesaria para responder a la consulta que envías (artículo 15(1)(4) de la PIPA coreana).
• Conservación: se borra sin demora una vez atendida la consulta.
• Forma de eliminación: cuando termina el plazo de conservación o se cumple la finalidad, los datos personales se borran del buzón sin demora y se eliminan de forma permanente vaciando la papelera para que no puedan restaurarse. No obstante, su eliminación completa de los sistemas de copia de seguridad del proveedor del servicio de correo (Google LLC) puede tardar cierto tiempo según la política de dicho proveedor; durante ese tiempo el desarrollador tampoco los utiliza.
• Supresión: si lo pides en la misma dirección, se borra ese correo sin demora.
• Reenvío (transferencia internacional): cada vez que envías una consulta, el correo (tu dirección, su contenido y los adjuntos) se transmite por la red a través del servicio de reenvío de correo de Cloudflare, Inc., en EE. UU. (contacto: dpo@cloudflare.com), hasta el buzón de Gmail del desarrollador, gestionado por Google LLC, en EE. UU. (contacto: https://support.google.com/policies/answer/9581826), donde se conserva. Cloudflare, Inc. lo usa solo para reenviarlo e indica que no almacena el contenido de los correos. Google LLC lo usa solo para conservar el buzón, y el correo se elimina una vez atendida tu consulta, según el plazo de conservación de esta sección. Esta transferencia es un encargo de tratamiento necesario para responder a tu consulta y se realiza divulgándola en esta política (artículo 28-8(1)(3)(a) de la PIPA coreana). Si no quieres esta transferencia, no envíes el correo; en ese caso no podremos atender consultas por correo.

6. Encargo del tratamiento de datos personales

El desarrollador encarga las siguientes tareas de la gestión de los correos de consulta a las empresas indicadas (artículos 26(2), 30(1)(4) y 28-8(2) de la PIPA coreana).

7. Medidas de seguridad de los datos personales

• Los datos de la app se guardan en tu dispositivo y, si has iniciado sesión en iCloud, en tu propio iCloud; no se envían a servidores del desarrollador. El desarrollador no gestiona ningún servidor que almacene datos de la app. (Las copias en el Calendario de Apple, si lo activas, se describen en la sección 2.)
• Por defecto, solo tú puedes acceder a tu base de datos privada de iCloud y sus datos no son visibles en la consola de CloudKit del desarrollador (portal para desarrolladores) (documentación de Apple CloudKit). La protección de los datos guardados en iCloud sigue las políticas de iCloud de Apple.
• El cifrado de los datos guardados en el dispositivo sigue la protección de datos integrada en iOS; la app no añade un cifrado propio.

8. Tus derechos

Conforme al RGPD, la APPI y la PIPA coreana tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión y limitación. Como los datos de la app se guardan en tu dispositivo y en tu propio iCloud y no se envían a servidores del desarrollador, puedes ejercer estos derechos sobre los datos de la app directamente desde la app y desde Ajustes de iOS (sección 4). Para acceder, rectificar, suprimir o limitar el tratamiento de la información recibida en correos de consulta, escribe a eowlsdh@daejinlab.com; el representante legal de un menor de 14 años también puede hacerlo. Si se rechaza tu solicitud o no estás de acuerdo con cómo se atendió, puedes presentar una reclamación en la misma dirección. Ante una vulneración de tus datos personales, también puedes pedir asesoramiento, presentar una denuncia o solicitar una mediación ante estos organismos de Corea: el Comité de Mediación de Conflictos de Información Personal (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), el Centro de Denuncias de Vulneración de Información Personal de la Agencia de Internet y Seguridad de Corea (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), la Fiscalía de Acusación Pública (antes Fiscalía Suprema): 1301 (www.spo.go.kr) y el Sistema de Denuncia de Ciberdelitos de la Agencia Nacional de Policía de Corea (182, ecrm.police.go.kr). Para cualquier otra cuestión, usa la misma dirección.

9. Menores

Planverse no está dirigida a menores de 14 años y no recopila sus datos de forma consciente. Si sabemos que un correo de consulta procede de un menor de 14 años, solo lo tratamos en la medida necesaria para responder, y su representante legal puede pedir el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión o la limitación del tratamiento como se indica en la sección 8.

10. Cambios

Si esta política cambia, lo comunicaremos mediante una actualización de la app y este documento. Las traducciones se ofrecen para tu comodidad; si una traducción difiere de la versión en coreano, prevalece la versión en coreano.
